In the job description it should have a list of compentencies. You will want to learn all of them. The interview style is called Star. Situation, Task, Action and Result. You will answer the questions in that style. For each compentency have at least 2 situations and be able to explain them by the situation you had, the tasks you took for the situation, the actions you took, and then the result of the situation. They will say give me a time you had to show organizational skills or a time you had to "fill the one of the compentencies". Usually with a few people present but they are excellent at making you feel comfortable and don't be afraid to take a few moments to think about the question before you answer it, your answer is what they are basing you off so make it good!
