What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Apollo?

What do you like best about working at Apollo? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

For the enrollment counselor position it is $33,000 starting. Every 6 months you have the potential to increase your salary by up to 20%. That is unlikely though, it's prob. closer to 10% if you are hitting your numbers. At the end of your first year you should be at around $40,000. Also you get free tuition with the university whether for undergrad studies or grad. Watch out because if you don't hit your numbers they can lower your salary every 6 months.

In this economy, 10% every six months is unheard of. These are true comments from my experience and it is a phenomenal place to work.
