I am proud to say I have been hired by Best Buy, a company I love and have wanted to be employed with since I was 16 (I am now 20)....I recieved my drug test form, etc....and my Job Info Sheet...which has my pay and position on it. I have a quick question, because I assume the GM just shortened the name of the position but what does "Customer Spec" refer to? Customer Service Specialist? I hope someone helps me out, I'm a little slow. O_O Thanks so much for your time!!

It means registers also known as "rep 1". A Solutions Specialist is customer service.
