Some companies make you do three Interviews before you can get a job - Example - Human Resource, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager. With Country Floors of America one can get a job that is not Upper Management with just one good Interview with the Branch Manager. Focus on the Manager that you are doing the first interview with.
