Do you work at Exel? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I would like to apply for a forklift or boom truck driver.
I have operated a gas and electric forklift for years. I also
drive a bob cat. I am now married and I would like to fill out an application for Proctor & Gamble in Lima, Ohio

Good luck!! I went for 2 interviews for HR positions with Exel and both times I didn't even get a call or a rejection letter after the interview. The second interview was a complete waste. I drove an hour and a half for them to tell me I wasn't qualified for the position even though my resume would have told them that. 20 minutes the interview lasted. If this is the way they treat all their recruits, I'd rather not work for them at all.

thank you for your comments.... I am finding that they are not professional in selecting their employees. I still see the same position posted and reposted when the recruiter informed me they were hiring within....

Can you tell me what street is it on? Where do I go to fill out
a application? What days are best to fillout a application.

I'm currently working for Exel's PPg warehouse as a reachtruck operator. I really like this job and the location is very convenient, the management team is great and the other associates are great to work with.Unfortunately I'm working through a staffing service. I would really like the position I'm working now to become permanent.

I sent an email or sent my resume on there website.they sent me an email from the cooperate office sent me an email they told that there was no jobs for the location in Leipisc,Ohio. Then I got an email from the GM of that plant. He told me to give him a call to set up a interview.I showed up he had me set in the break room and to fill out an application after I was done with that he had me to take three different tests. And he told me if he was not back just leave the test where it was at and just go ahead and go home.I waited for just little over a week before I was able to get a hold of them and he told me that he was still waiting for my test results. then it about two weeks after I took the test and he had me to pick up some paper work to go and have a drug test done. And again i did not hear nothing for about two weeks. Then he calls me on Jan.4 of this year and he asked me if I was ready to work and he told me to be there at 7 that night I told him that I could not work third. So he had me to come in the next day and he told me that it was 12 hour shift.I had to give him a call and asked him what days do I have off.He told me it was so many days on and off during the week and have every other weekend off. When I showed up for my first day I asked different supervisors how much is my pay and no one did not know at all.And I asked them what days will I have off and they told me that I would not get a day off since they have been working 12 hour shifts and seven days a week since Sept So there supervisors there don't know nothing at all except what they have to do during the day.and if you load a truck they give you like 45 min. to load. This company was so unorganized they don't know any thing what is going on.I was suppose to be hired in has a forklift driver.but i was going to be picking orders instead.I was misled so I only worked one day.
