very cutthroat--company drank---is drunk on the GE Jack Welch differentiation koolaid. Every year they force rank similar grade positions. 20% suck and will be pushed out, 70% are vital and 10% are super. THey have been doing this so long, they are cutting good people out. THe model is causing significant politics betweene employees so you are not rated on how well you do your job--it's how well you manage upward, aka--dog/pony show for upper mgmt--in addition to doing your job well.
They will reward hard work, and it's an aggressive culture and its big into perception is everything..even it its wrong.
