There was an associate that I am good friends with at a neighboring store that lost his keys. He is afraid he is going to lose his job for this. He only had keys to the receiving roll up door and to the RTV cage. Is this a fire-able offense?

They can and will fire you for anything they please---no security!

The keys they'd fire him for are the store entry keys, they would cost the store about 50 grand to rekey all the locks. the one he lost they even give to head cashiers, no worries
