I suggest very strongly that if you are an ASM for Home Depot that you protect yourself and your job. Do this now. Go to the EEOC website. Look at unfair termination information. Find something that your store does. You know it all occurs daily. Hazmat violation, Unfair hiring. Unfair performance reviews. unsafe conditions. Report them. Use the EEOC, Agricultural commission site. OSHA website. Document your report. Then go to work daily and do the good job that you always do, this will give you a safety net if they are looking to cut payroll, during roundtable when they are looking for the "I", or simply using the "at will" employment clause. Protect your job now. Protect your bonus. Protect your reputation. Do not falsify a report, there is no need for that, every store in every state violates something that you can report.
