I was wondering what members think of the Direct-Service model of Pharmacy that Kaiser has employed. Also, what is the experience of pharmacy staff? What are some practical methods to make it enjoyable work? My location seems to push the time factor to an extreme... I am afraid of medication errors occuring simply because we are trying to move the line quickly as well as poor consultation. How can Direct-Service be made to work without turning the Pharmacy into a Fast-food Joint?
