If you get on a contract with multiple locations.....say Maryland and Arizona, Get 85k for Maryland then after a year move to Arizona. Do you get to keep that salary or will it be adjusted to reflect the lower cost of living. |

I've always seen it as adjusted for cost of living on firm fixed price contracts, unless you can work out some sort of arrangement under the salary band system. I'd still recommend taking the first available job, if only to get your foot in the door. |

Unlike Bob, I've NEVER seen people have salary reduced moving to a lower cost location. So the correct answer is, obviously, ymmv. :P |
