What's the company culture at MAXIMUS?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at MAXIMUS?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at MAXIMUS?

They do have a dress code and it is business casual & jeans on ly on fridays. It's still alot of do's and don't though. You can't weare legging,any type of clothing with a logo on it, no shorts, tight fitting clothing, low cut or reaveling tops or dresses, strapless tops or dresses,. Short can be worn in the summer at our location but the have to be below your knee. No sweatshirts or swets pants not even on fridays, no flipflops, clogs. no tattots allowed to be visible. If they are visible you will have to cover them up.Men are suppose to wear shirts with collares on them and shirst have to be tucked in. also tennis are only on fridays. Some locations are even required to wear panty hoses

As far as office environment it would depend on the project you are own. Most projects becaue they deal with county and state projects require at least 11 different languages to be spoket . At our project the majority of the people there are spanish, russian and some type of asian. There is no such thing as Friday get together for happy hours here. Most people that do get together is because they are eithere related to each other or good friends. Its also of people at our projecyt that most of there family members work there in different departments or even thesame dept
