I worked there. there is no culture. Go elsewhere, they are psychotic at this place.

well, i'm a little late with this reply (forgot to click the button to notify me of answers, sorry).
You are in New York? Try Favorite Nurses if there's one close to you.
Or any smaller (non national) agency. The small "mom and pop" shops can usually get you better deals and treat you more like part of the family.
