MultiCare encourages our managers to use "behavior-based" interviews. These interviews focus on experiences candidates have had in the past that demonstrate their ability to meet our job requirements in the future. A good example: "Describe a time when you went out of yoru way to meet a patient's needs."
MultiCare does tend to use a lot of panel interviews and also tends to have candidates interview more than once. So, it can take a little longer than some employers to get the job offer. But, by the time it comes, you and MultiCare will have a better idea of whether the job is a good match.
