What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at NHS Human Services?

What do you like best about working at NHS Human Services? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

Bad benefits in general. It’s a non profit company so they don’t throw a lot of money around. But you get 10 personal and 10 sick days when you first start (if you work for corporate, I’m not sure about the site staff…). The offices are old and dirty and the facilities are filthy. One of the bathrooms (906 Bethlehem Pike) actually has swarming ants in the spring. It’s been years and they still haven’t called the exterminator. Though I hear they just bought a new building and will be moving their IT dept there. In general understaffed and overworked like everywhere. The Outcomes Department is the worst. If your boss will be Marlene Hanson don’t take the job, it’s not worth it. Keep looking.

Don't work here, and for God's sake, don't send your child to any NHS school. A friend of mine worked at a different NHS school, and we had the same experiences...all bad. Love the students, but that's it.
