what is your daily routine like?
do you get tips?how do they work-are they good?
what does it take to get petsmart to let a bather go to grooming school-does it come out of your check and does it require a contract afterwards?is the school in a different state and how long is the schooling?

Depends...

Depends on your store...are they under/over staff?

You check in your dogs certain times of the day, it's a very self motivated job, you have to have good time management because you have to get your dogs done and out before there "promise time", The process for a bather job is to bath,(sometimes condition, and brush their teeth), dry, brush, if requested you can shave the sani area, and the feet and pads, also the dark side of working here,is anal glands(lol,ONLY if requested), and of course cologne(unless requested not to do so), and sometimes a cute bow or bandana. Most importantly you want to be a proper groomer to the dog, If the parent knows that you are treating her baby with the most care, she will definantly come back, and maybe even request you personally.
do you get tips?
Yes every once in a while a tip will be given from a happy petparent :)

I answered most of this in your other question, ut the schooling takes about 1 month to complete. with weekends off usually. you do have to be working as a bather for 60-90 days I'm sure...though sometimes they will make exceptions.
