Did any other Quest Diagnostic employee around the country hear about the union vote on the 28th of this month, in Teterboro, NJ.

Hi Lawson, At this point, is this a Regional Movement for a specific facility? They can only Downplay Free-Thinking (Think For Yourself) Employees for so long... |

I applied for an IT position with them through a recruiter and am waiting to have a phone screen but after reading all of this, I'm having second thoughts because I wouldn't want to work for a "Law" firm that engages in breaking the law because it's not illegal to unionize and no law firm should be engaging in union busting and resorting to scare tactics. What are we still in the early 1900s' for God's sake when union busting was a norm? Perhaps they have a very high turnover rate because if this is a sign of their ethics, then they must treat their employees no better than the companies that they union bust. |
