It has recently been brought to my attention that a Senior level employee at Robert Half was discovered to have been falsely presenting herself as a CPA for the last 7+ years! When this misrepresentation was reported to the regional management team - you would think that a company whose founding was based in the field of Accounting & Finance and whose motto of "Ethics First" would have been appalled, that a long term employee had been abusing the most prestigious certification of their profession - but what did they do? THEY PROMOTED HER - and simply asked her to remove the certification from her business cards and correspondence - HOWEVER, she continues to use the certification, despite their directive, on both her business cards and in verbally presenting herself to potential new hires, current employees and clients.
It would suggest, that this falsification reaches much deeper - likely her employment application was falsified as well - AND THAT'S OK? Robert Half would certainly not accept such blatant deception from their candidates and painstakingly performs due diligence to prevent such misrepresentations to their clients and yet they promote this woman as a leader and a role model?
SHAME ON YOU, Robert Half! How could you turn your cheek to such egregious deception within your ranks? Evidently the almighty dollar is really all that matters to you.
SHAREHOLDERS TAKE NOTE! When Robert Half says "Ethics First" it is a double standard that they apply selectively as it suits them.
