WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE? HOW MANY QUESTIONS ARE ASKED? WHAT KIND? DO YOU INTERVIEW WITH ONE PERSON OR MANY? DO THEY REQUIRE REFERENCES AND BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR THIS POSITION? WHAT IS THE TRAINING LIKE? IS IT PAID? IS IT A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR? HOW IS THE JOB ITSELF? |

TWC gives "Bahaviorial Based Interviews"...basically the interviewer offers you a scenario, looking for you to tell a story based on past behavior..."once upon a time I had a bad customer, blah blah blah...I offered two solutions to their probelem...end result they were happy and I followed company guidelines". They look to see that will follow policy, communicate to your supervisor, and bve dedicated to the job.

Heads up! When you are hired as a Client Service Representative just be prepared for a series of quizzes and tests. It is intense training for such poor pay. The amount of work that has to go into a CSR position at TWC is CRAZy!!!! Also, if you do not maintain an 80 average (in NY) (70 average Upstate), you are asked to resign or they will terminate you. None of this is told to you on the interview or at Orientation!!! |
