Questions to ask during a TWC interview:
How many management changes have there been in the last 5 years?
How often do you change your commission structures?
How much monthly turnover is there a month?
If I am not making my goals what extra training or one on one supervisor time will I get?
How often will my call center schedule change?
Am I given all the tools I need to perform to minimum expectations in this job?
Most of the answers to the above = NO. This is not coming from a crazy ex-employee, I loved my job at Time Warner. I was discriminated against, watched HR "make it's own rules for situations", play "favorites", re-organize, layoff, and dismiss people every day. It. was like someone playing a midless game - with your career and home life.
And if you are looking at management - watch out! Management changes like weekly loads of laundry! And fair hiring processess...not likely. Hopefully other divisions are better than North Carolina, but I would be cautious!
