I have applied for the position of Member Relationship Specialist 3. I only applied because it was a "3" level position versus the standard entry level "1" CSR position. I currently work for Nationwide and a level 3 CSR is barely on the phone and mainly handles calls from internal associates and processes follow up work. Is the MRS 3 position similar or are they on the phone just as much as a MRS 1?

Thanks!

A level 3 is actually the entry-level position. Then you work your way up to a level 2, and then finally a level 1.

Level 3 and Level 2 are primarily on the phone. There is a separate email team. The Level 1 usually works on coaching and assists level 2 and 3 and they are on the phone a lot. If you don't like the call center life and selling, selling, selling you will not like this job.
