Re-launching a career in Civil Engineering

I graduated in 1994 with a BSCE degree and sucessfully passed the FE exam and became certified as a E.I.T. Upon graduation, I spent 2 years working at a local geotechnical firm. However, due to lifes travels, I left the engineering world and invested in a business opportunity in the restaurant industry. After 18 sucessfull years I have sold my business interest and now have a desire to start a career as a civil engineer.

Realizing that I have much to re-learn and probably many new things to learn, I am wondering what I would need to do to re-launch my career. Any and all thoughts are appreciated. Basically I am wondering if this is even feasable undertaking.
