several things pertaining to my job

I have been at my job over the ninty days,I
have not recieved any sort of pay increase.I have been on call two weeks in a row.Why I work over time,my boss takes days off. Iam the only driver, I recieve thank yous from
customers for my service,while lack of help quite obvious here.I sit through long meetings every morning,which puts me even more behind,since Iam the only driver.Poor management and childish behavior of two people, which will make it very hard for this company going forward, this company is not going to beable to keep any help with manager like this and childish secretary.This company recently lost driver and RT. Someone needs to intervene.
