CHANGING JOBS

I have worked for Kennestone Hospital for 7 1/2 years in the precert dept. I have been passed over for several promations. I feel at this time that I need a chanfge in my life.I also worked for Kroger for 27 years in customer service.I changed jobs so that I could spend tiem with my grandchildren. I love my job but when you get no apperication from your boss it really makes you feel as if you have done something wrong.
