Working on an opportunity to become an executive assistant requires, at the request of the recruiting manager, me to write a statement which details what my first day as an executive assistant would entail. Essential, if I were to be hired today what would I do? This is to be submitted for review by the recruiter and the CEO I would be supporting. Now I am wondering how I can impress the hiring staff with a fabulous statement detailing what my intentions are for my first day of work. Any assistance would be valuable.

Hi EA Newbie, not sure it this is too late but I hope it helps. Break your statement into 3 areas:
1)Connect with My Boss
2)What is his/her's top priorities for the week, month & quarter
3)Put together a plan on how to tackle top priorities
