•Candidates must have working knowledge of payroll and HRIS/HRMS systems and implementation.
•Candidates must have the ability to work in a start-up environment and make strategic decisions to meet the project’s goals.
•Candidates must be able to manage change, respond to concerns within agencies about change, and encourage constructive feedback and communication of stakeholders throughout the change process.
•Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
•Candidates must have the ability to travel within the state and have reliable transportation.
•Experience in HR outsourcing, HR consulting or PEO industry preferred.
•Previous experience working in non-profit environment preferred.
•Experience in labor-management partnerships a plus.
•Interest in social justice and disability rights a plus.
