Hi,
My salary now is at 72K plus bonus. I only got 2 bonuses in the last 3 years (avg about < 3% each). I feel underpaid and unhappy about my salary after I checked with Indeed.com. I talked to my manager but he said I would have to wait til year end review. Now, is 72K the decent base salary in Houston, with my skill set? Should I start looking for a new job in case this company is ripping me off? Thanks geeks, |

php nowadys is around 25-30k per year Java developer = 35k-50k .net developer = 40k-60k so you are overpayed. Programmers are garbage anyway nowadays. Marketing people are the king!

You should be earning at least 80,000. With 7 years of experience and lead tech experience you are definitely underpaid. You should seek employment at 85K or more. |
