Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming waiter/waitress interview? Are there common interview questions that come up again and again? |

great advice so far. Remember to smile. Sounds corny, but its part of the job. Also, if they give you specials to remember and sell, don't get flustered if you don't remember it verbatim. Take your time, and make it sound like something you would want to eat, and you are in. They are looking for good salesmanship without being a kiss-ass. |

Remember, try not to make it about you. Tell them what you can do for their restaurant, not what they can do for you. And don't be picky about the schedule at the interview, once you start working then you can start asking about what's convenient for you. |
