I've been in the industry for over 20 years & just moved back to nyc. I have never not been paid to train even if it's a lousy free meal off the menu. is it legal in ny to not pay to be trained?! where is the labor law that states this. It HAS to be illegal. I was on the labor website and couldn't find it. please help. |
