Folks, are there any prospects out there. Or are any companies looking for on site supers? |

I'm assuming Mike, that companies with that kind of requirements are just looking for additional labors, just giving it a fancy name. I agree with you. |

People of this caliber shouldn`t even get an interview, let alone the job. Hi Mike, I'm not sure about the postings but from a recruitment standpoint it looks a little desperate. In any case, I am looking for experienced supers minimum 5 years of experience for a large GC. Position based in Halifax. Let me know if it's of interest. |

KennyLee in Pensacola, Florida said: I have over 25 years in the construction industry and have applied for over 100 jobs with no sign or call on any of them. What's up. Kenny I understand the frustration. 25 years in the business, and now 5 months off. I have also posted and sent out in excess of 100 resumes. I have successful projects from $10 million to $450 million and cannot get a telephone call let alone an interview even for a project engineer job. I am even willing to relocate at my own expense anywhere to find work and that is not catching an eye. The best of luck to all the supers out there, we need it. |

It is Project dependent but Suffolk Construction is looking for a Type 5 guy. Seems like a great company. They are out of Irvine California. I interviewed but they want someone with extensive type 5 experience. My experience is Type 1 construction mainly. Hope this helps one of you. |
