Help in Phoenix, Arizona

I am a new Salon Manager. Is there anyone out there that knows how to verify if a groomer completed the PetCo Grooming training course? I am not able to get a straight answer from the groomer in question. The salon was without a manager for some time and without a gm and I have no way of verifying if this groomer actually completed the training to go from grooming assistant to groomer. Thanks!!

Hello,
Why don't you just check out how they groom different breeds by testing them and if they don't do good, just tell them they need more training and send them through a school again or put them on an appretice situation?
