Worried Undergraduate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Where is the best city to find work as a Paralegal in the areas of Ecommerce, Intellectual Property or Cyberlaw?

I am currently a Undergraduate Junior (completing a B.A in Digital Communications & a minor in Communication Technology) who would like have help in researching the employment prospect in the Paralegal industry. I also wanted to know if these three areas of law are in growth or a decline?

I was also wondering if there are any good Paralegal Certificate programs (ABA approved) in the Philadelphia (or online) Area?

Hi Worried:
There are currently no fully online paralegal programs which are ABA approved.
However, the ones in the Philadelphia area which are ABA approved come from a list on the ABA's website:

apps.americanbar.org/legalservices/paralegals/directory/pa.html

Type in that link and you can find the schools in the Philadelphia area.

I have a bachelors in criminial justice and currently working on my masters in cybersecurity, with 15 yr paralegal internship ..I have been tryin to find a job since January 2009. Where is th best place to look or are there no jobs out there where i can utilize my degree? I also wanted to know if these are areas of law are in growth or a decline?
