information about getting to alaska

hi... i am finishing collegue soon and i am only studying because i promised my mother i would finish a carrer but i want a job thats hard and tough.... i've been investigating and Alaska has jobs as harsh as uts weather... everything form the oil to the fishing industries.... and i want to get there but its too hard with me being mexican... so i really need some help on how i could get there on a legal way...
