Maybe we all need to lower our standards ?

Is it possible for me to post a insane low hourly rate on myself ? If so, where can we do this ?
The longer I stay out of work I feel my value goes down. (6-12) Months could add considerable experience which could increase your value or let you meet minimum requirements for that next great job.

Any suggestions on how to mass market yourself add a cheap rate to companies in the atlanta area ?
