Every part of El Paso is great-honestly! The east side of town has lots of traffic and so does the west side. Those two sides are probably the most upwardly mobile and have some very nice new homes. Northeast has less traffic, some very affordable as well as some very nice new homes. Central is older and has some elegant older homes.
