sponsor for experienced IT enginner and manager

I am an experienced Server engineer looking for a company to sponsor me for a visa. I currently Work for HP but cant find any jobs in the area, would be willing to work anywhere from orlando to anywhere in the north of the state. I am HP and IBM certified and also have extreme networks training, I have run teams of engineers of 14 covering and area the size of north florida.
