I was just about to sit down to dinner, when I was interrupted by a phone call from a determined salesman.
He started off the conversation by asking me an interesting question. “Do you know why most people overpay for their life insurance?”

To tell you the truth, I had no idea what I was paying. Let alone, how much my rates were increasing as I got older. But instead of being stubborn, I dug out my policy and was shocked to find my prices had started to skyrocket. O.K.! It was obvious I needed to deal with this problem. But here’s the catch. If I make a change and buy a new policy, I’ll end up being in the same boat again a year or two from now. But, what else is there to do?
