In LA almost everyone drives. There is some mass transit - buses, light rail, limited subways, but using them depends on where you want to go. Unfortunately, driving in Los Angeles can be bad, horrible, or bring a sleeping bag. Rush hour usually lasts all day and sometimes into the evening. If it rains, I strongly suggest not driving unless it is an emergency. In th e residential areas, people are beginning to walk more. especially with the high cost of gas. |
