What are the seasons like in Sioux Falls? How do Sioux Falls dwellers cope?

It is really cold in the winter and snows alot. It is also one of the hottest places in the summer during the day but it cools off alot at night.

We are a family of 5 and have only lived in Lubbock, Texas. My husband is thinking of moving to Sioux Falls in the near future with his company. Winters are not really cold over here but the summers are really hot. I am worried that my family will not be able to adjust. Can you tell me a few highlights of SD?
