I can tell you that there is a shortage of Hair Stylists in the area. Can't find enough of them to staff all the available positions. If there is a H1b program for that skill set, it would be sold out in a minute.

bio re-search most campuses have large labs and are expanding reguarlarly , all geriatric and care for the elderly with alot of growth and goverment dollars going to corrections and private security firms keeping them funded and holding there own.

That way you are never without a job and don't have to look for a job. Making your own hours, getting paid every day and residual income on top of that. I just came to tampa looking for work as well. i graduated from central florida community college with a few welding certs and it seems the jobs just arnt here. any help?

i have aws in stick tig mig and flux plate recently worked at liebherr mining inc. and northrop grumman newport news shipyard im 20 years old with girlfriend and daughter self claimed will work 7 12s if needed workhorse weld better than you can imagine for my age jus need chance

I have been in Tampa for about a month now. We moved down here because my wife was promised a regional manager position but now they are telling her it will be the first of the year. We are both jobless now. I am a Computer Support Specialist. I have over 10 years experience. I had my own business for several years building custom computers, networking, repairing desktops and laptops and removal of viruses, malware and etc. It seems impossible to find a job here. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be awesome. God Bless.

man ive seen it all down here this is one of the worst places to live in the u.s. the rich stay rich here, bye making poor people home less, there is alot of small computer shops in clearwater on alt.19 they mite be able to help but agian they wont pay much they have to stay rich .this is the land of greed . but i wish u the best my wife is a property manager and no one is hiring now , thanks to obama

About 2 hours after I posted i got a phone call from the HR manager of a place i had sent my resume to and I had an interview within 45 minutes. after that interview I received a call from another company that I applied with and have an interview tomorrow.
I was blown away. I really like Florida and want to stay so I that one of these jobs comes through. I wish everyone out there the best. I will start posting jobs on here as soon as i find them. I have plenty of time on my hands for now. I got the last one off of Craigslist. Good luck and God bless.

Growing like crazy. I like it but the traffic on 54 is crazy no matter what time of day it is. I will be glad when they open up the new extension of 56. Did any of those companies have an opening?

They have an opening in Ct, but still an opening. People in Tampa have to have some place to move to. New Tampa is not new any more and they need a place to trash. I went thru there 2 weeks ago and it is growing faster than the land can keep up. Good if you speak Spanish. And that's not a bad thing.
