I've been providing free Career Services help for almost 10 years. With 20 years of resume writing experience and 10 in placement in almost every field, I may be able to help.

Currently, as a Career Services Director for a Tampa College, I work in helping our grads find entry level jobs. And in the last decade I've provided help for everyone from those "starting out" to Senior Level Management.

I used to write a column online called "The Resume Dolphin." That was for 2 years almost a decade ago.

Now, I'm expanding my reach or "swim" as the "Job Search Dolphin!"

Any Advice about switching career fields? I have a masters degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. I took that route really wanting to do management consulting, but after I graduated I was told that I had to have 10 years expereince before anyone would consider me. I now have a mixed bag of 9 years experience, but it has been done in HR work, treatment centers for youth, and psych hospitals. I was a director for a treatment center for almost 4 years, but that field really doean't pay enough to keep me on top of my bills. I enjoy that work, but I enjoy supervising and managing others more then anything. How do I find someone willing to take me on and pay at least 60K a year when I am more or less switching fields?
