I had a bait and switch experience on a job once and sort of blew when I found out it was a job that would be doing against my loyalties and ethics. I left and know I have been badmouthed since. Do you think I should just delete this job from my resume' or would this be seen as fraudulent by a prospective employer?

I used CheckYourReference.com to verify a suspicion that my old boss was bad-mouthing me. The investigator called her and she sang a nasty song about me. My 3 page reference report contained direct quotes from the conversation and was all I needed to confirm my suspicions. After my reference check, the same guy who did my investigation set me up with an inexpensive (less than $20) cease and desist letter, which was sent directly to my old boss, with another copy also sent to the Director of Human Resources - both by certified mail. Before I received confirmation of delivery from the post office, I got a call from the HR director informing me that they had received my letter, and were "taking appropriate measures." Word on the street from former co-workers suggest that "Ellen" was reprimanded for her mis-reprentation.
