Hello,

I would like to ask. I have 1 year work experience in a very good company. I was resigned and not fired or forced to resign. I did not do something bad in my previous role. Everything was Ok, polite and friendly. But my manager does not want to give me references.

So I have my degree and that experience and seeking for a job. But what is the best option:

1)Tell the interviewer that I dont have references because my manager dont give me/we had an argument?

2)Remove that experience and to say that I was doing nothing that period?

Which do you think is the better option to get a job?

thank you!

Do you have others in the company that will? How about some co-workers that you worked with, you can ask them if they will give you a reference, another manager in the company that knows your work?
