We at Robert Half value our candidates; if it wasn't for you, we would be lost. Here is the pledge we make in earning and keeping you trust.

Lowest Rate Possible

We believe that the lowest price is a bargain, just like a sale, you should be excited when you offer it to you!

Honesty

We are upfront with candidates, telling them we have jobs - which one where you asking about? They fill fast & change daily so if you saw something yesterday, it may already be filled.

Insurance

Please don't try to file for unemployment benefits when you only worked for us for a few months, since the government gives you 99 weeks, you have to work more than that to even think of collecting, and anything less and we will deny your claim.

Availablity

Don't call us. When we have a job we will call you! We have thousands in the database, so you have to wait till your number is called.

That is our promise to you!

They are absolutely horrific and the worst violators of the fake job ad. Today, on Indeed, in my job sector, 9 out of 15 jobs placed were by Robert Half. Three of the others were by other recruiters. A couple of the Half ads are the same ones I've seen posted for, oh, years. Oh, and they're in ALL CAPS.

I would guess that every ad they place is fake. I believe each rep at Half gets some sort of allowance per week to post ads and that they use the same template when posting them.

What a joke. It must be a revolving door over there as far as reps go when there are no jobs. You can't make much money solely by signing up candidates, can you?
