Would you rather take Temp to Full time position with a Senior level for less commute ? (20 minutes driving maximum each way, roughly about 35 minutes each day) Or Permanent position with a Staff level for long commute (40 minutes each way, sometimes 1 hour depends on traffic, so roughly about 2 hours driving each day) Both jobs are exactly the same pay range.? Also, if you received 2 offers, would you still go for another job interview because other company is interested to interview you but again, the salary is the same range as the others. Would you go and check it out how is potential company ? Or you just take the offer and stop going to another interview? |

Take the permanent. Add in the benefits, and it's paying you more. |

Take the permanent one. I was in a temp job that I thought would become permanent and it did not. Now, I am looking for work again. Definitely keep interviewing. You never know what will happen with the other jobs. |
