Someone told me that we actually LOST jobs not gained jobs last month. These job gains are being reported to make the election year look better than what it really is. Just think about it they are still doing big layoffs in companies and unless a new restaurant or store is opening up, don't really hear of someone getting a job that will be long term. Finding a low wage short term job is just something to pay the interest off that is mounting because you can't pay it down fast enough. I have worked for an agency for a long term temp assignment, and asking for other assigments, and they keep telling that they don't have anything. This is not just a week or two, but for almost 6 months. The rate is only going down due to the fact that people are giving up. |
