Will be graduating in 4 semesters with a Multidisciplinary Degree from University of Oklahoma, Tula. I have many years Psychology and all of the Human Relations courses for my original Degree Program of Human Relations. I decided to change my degree to Multiplidisciplary as I thought it would provide a positive reflection on my diversification. Also, I am a wonderful, experienced (though not formerly in Human Resources) licensed professional woman in the Holistc Arts |

Excellent! Thank You Fellow Sooner, I appreciate your immediate response... What is a HR Call Center? I have already spoken to several agencies and they are not very assuring as to the ease of breaking into HR. It has become such a specialized field and one that is in demand, that it's very closed and selective. Once you have your college degree then you must be Certified Human Resources Specialist. I would venture that due to the world situation and immigration that it's going to be even toughter to get into this field. The staffing agency is a very good idea, I've worked for agencies in the past and the education is unbeatable. |

I am interested in the field of Human Resources. I have held middle - level managerial and process engineering posts over the past 18 years but have no experience as an HR manager. I have a M.B.A. with a concentration in HR Management and a B.S. degree in Occupational and Technical Studies with a minor in Management. Looking for advice pertaining to transferring my career from manufacturing management to Human Resources Management. Thanks in advance for your input. FRV |
