I read that you shouldn't be scared to say that you want the job at the end of an interview.

That said, I've been contemplating saying something to the effect of, "If you hire me, I can assure you you're going to get someone who is quite passionate about what she does and who really wants to make this a career for herself. That said, I can definitely see myself working here" at the end of each and every interview.

What do you think?

No...it sounds like something straight out of a "How to Ace The Job Interview" book

Well, just WHAT should I say?

Maybe something a little less direct or "canned". Like "Hey I'm really interested in this job and I'm glad I was able to meet with you today, your Company seems like a great place to work"

What if I said something like, "Thanks for meeting with me. I can really see myself working here. I hope you can too."?
