Hello everybody. A new trend has surfaced here. One specific agency, I won't name, is purposely scheduling their interviews, recruitment fairs, and even their reference checks in the early morning hours outside of normal business hours. I have received calls, emails, and my former employer has been called at 7:30 am in the morning. From what I was able to gather from interviewing techniques, they are using a consultant's specific hiring method's that they paid for with gov dollars. Anyways, in LA OC counties this might be appropriate where there is life, normal people, and you can find a job fast, but here in this desert wasteland people are generally more laid back. Anybody heard of this strategy.
