Unfortunately, I don't think I was a Cow in my past life

After doing some interviews and being in "Corporate America" for a while, I'm starting to notice, you really have to act like part of the herd to get anywhere. There doesn't seem to be any uniqueness to the people in these places, its kind of like a bunch of drones; and if you don't act like a drone, you're the oddball. Sitting in an interview and feeling the need to act like I'm part of the herd of cattle...well it's just not working out to well.
