how do I turn off email notifications

I can't find any info on how to turn email notifications off.

Hello catlover,

At the end of every job alert email there is a link that reads, "Cancel." Clicking on this link will automatically cancel your alert. If you have multiple alerts set up, each alert needs to be canceled individually.

If you have a my.indeed account you can use the alert page of your account, www.indeed.com/my/alerts to cancel your job alerts as well.

I didn't mean job alerts -- I meant when people post in the forums. I just don't want to be notified anymore.
